Note: DJI Care Activation Codes are only available for DJI products meeting the following requirements:

1. DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft when it meets one of the following criteria:
· Brand new and un-activated aircraft;
· Aircraft activated within the last 48 hours.

2. DJI Care Refresh are only eligible in the region where it was purchased. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.

IMPORTANT: You will receive an activation code for this product that can be redeemed HERE. 

This code will be emailed to you, and may take up to 2 work days to arrive. It is critical that you obtain and register this code within 48 hours of activating your drone.

Two Fast Replacements

DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan offers up to 3 replacements in two years. You can have your product replaced at a small additional cost if an accident occurs. For DJI FPV, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is $259, the second replacement is $269, and the third is $279.

Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service, including collisions, water damage, etc. The replacement units are brand-new or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.

Express is an option that allows you to skip the damage assessment and quotation process. A DJI service center will ship you a replacement as soon as they receive your product.
