Description

The Zlin-Z50 is a top quality and highly capable aerobatic model that is exceptionally scale, designed to accept either glow or electric power, the Zlin is the perfect club size model, easy to transport and field assemble, yet large enough to have real presense in the air and on the ground.

The first thing that strikes you on inspection is the superb build quality, the Zlin has been exceptionally well designed & built, it offers a very low flying weight with no compromise given to durability, for instance, the vertical stabilizer has been made from glassfiber to withstand the strain imposed by the sizable elevators, even when pushed through the most punishing aerobatic maneuvers. The other thing that stands out is the scale look of the Zlin, models of this class are often slab sided with little attention to detail, but not the Zlin. The covering is superb as is the paint finish on the cowl, the 1 pc wing is bolt on for easy transport and the supplied hardware 1st class. Other indications of the sheer quality of this kit are the proper canopy hatch, the supplied instrument panel and the scale struts for the horizontal stabilizer.

Through a combination of light weight, generous control surfaces, exceptional build quality and great design, the Zlin performs every inch as good as it looks.
