Description

As a perfect introduction to R/C sailing, the Orion is hard to beat!

Quick and easy to assemble, the Orion will have you on the water in no time, where her performance is sure to satisfy even the most discerning model boat enthusiast.

The Orion Sailboat comes complete with 36g sail and 9g rudder servos, receiver and battery harness/switch assembly.

The hull, rudder and keel are molded from tough plastic, while the mast and booms are made using lightweight fibreglass tubes for strength and durability. A streamlined cast zinc alloy ballast weight attaches to the hull using 2 threaded retainers and then painted to match the plastic keel and rudder.

Assembly couldn't be simpler and all that is required to sail the model is a 2 Channel Transmitter/Reciever set of your choice and 4 AA sized alkaline or NiMH batteries.
